Corporate Groups, Conferences or Preferred Corporate Rates

For corporate group rates or conferences with meeting space and bedrooms required or to inquire about setting up a preferred corporate rate for individual business travelers for your company, please contact the Director of Sales & Marketing at 519-963-1662 or 1-800-561-4574 ext 5136 or email to sales@stationparkinn.ca For a corporate group meeting requiring meeting space and bedrooms or just bedrooms, please include the dates and number of people and meeting space details when contacting the Sales Department.

Room rates for Social Groups (Weddings, Reunions) and or Sports Teams

To obtain a group rate for rooms for wedding guests, a reunion or a sports team, please contact the Operations Manager at 519-963-1664 or 1-800-561-4574 ext 5146 (email operations@stationparkinn.ca) or the Front Desk Manager at 519-963-1665 or 1-800-561-4574 -ext 5141 (email to frontdesk@stationparkinn.ca ).

 In order to improve service to our guests, the hotel will be upgrading the elevator service beginning in mid December 2011.  We anticipate full completion of this upgrade by early spring 2012.
