Function Rooms

StationPark offers five function rooms on the Lobby Level and a spectacular 12th floor Hospitality Suite. To accommodate breakout sessions, interviews, and appointments, guest-suite day-room rentals are also available.

Our function rooms are available for business and social gatherings for groups of 6 to 80 persons. From the classic understated elegance of the Boardroom to the spacious, tastefully appointed Richmond Room, be assured that the quality of your surroundings is supported by superior service with attention to every detail.

Parking

Parking for meeting guests is available for a nominal charge on the surface lot adjacent to the hotel. Underground parking may be arranged in advance with our Catering Coordinator.

Food & Beverage Service

Menu choices vary from a healthy breakfast to a BBQ lunch on a patio, a boxed lunch "to go", a private formal dinner, a casual gathering with pizza, wings & nachos... let our Catering Coordinator assist you, whatever your choices. We are always happy to accommodate any special dietary requests, just let us know in advance. Specially tailored menu options are available upon request.

Meeting Support Services

We can supply a wide selection of the latest audio/visual equipment upon request. Internet access and telephones are located in every function room. 24 hour fax and photocopy services are available through the Front Desk for a nominal charge. Computer and printer are available in the Lobby for complimentary guest use.
